Why B3? Three’s are integrated throughout therapy sessions. 3 Planes of movement, 3 areas to improve on, and the 3 Occupational Therapy B’s, Better in Work, Better in Self-care and Better in Play. The 3 trees represent how we can blossom and grow when the root of the problem is solved. For traditional therapy services, B3 uses the concept of regional inter-dependence, so that not just the site of pain is addressed but also the source of the pain is addressed. Graston Technique Therapy, detects and treats specific soft tissue areas through the use of stainless steel instruments. For the person who is wanting overall wellness services, B3 Therapy uses Get Activated which is adapted from Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) After a treatment, people feel more symmetrical, have more flexibility and improved muscle strength.

MEET LORI HIATT
Lori, as an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience, has always been interested in helping people function to the best of their ability. She resided in Mooresville, NC for most of her career, working in Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Hand Therapy and Lymphedema Therapy. She also offers Get Activated which is complementary to therapy services. Lori moved to Boone, NC in 2016 and opened her own practice specializing in Hand Therapy, Graston Technique Therapy, Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Get Activated and ELDOA.
